What happens on the day?

We talk about how you will make money in the current recession!

You describe your business and its key issues - we challenge you about what's keeping you awake at night(!)...

The other delegates will tell you how you can grow and run a better business.

Robert will lead the discussion bringing his wealth of business experience to the meeting.

The day is NOT about talk... the day is about ACTION and DECISIONS - what are you going to do... by when... and how will you know you have succeeded? This is not for the faint-hearted.

Timing on the day

On the day:

• 08:15: Registration
• 09:00: Workshop starts
• 11:00: Coffee
• 13:00: Working lunch
• 15:30: Tea
• 17:00: Workshop closes: adjourn to the bar (optional)

If you would like to attend then please contact Lesley Bees to reserve your place. She will then arrange a time for Robert to contact you to talk about your expectations of the day.

Preparation Work: you will be asked to complete a very simple business profile outlining your key business issues and what you would like to discuss.

On the day: bring your enthusiasm and your positive attitude. The energy level will be very high and focused on results. Your fellow delegates will have the same high expectations of you as you have of them.
